Goings On

Been wondering what we've been doing since November? Well, we've been eating turnips...lots of them! These are pretty much the only things producing in the garden right now, so every week something has turnips or turnip greens in it. "What does a turnip taste like," you ask? Well, it sort of tastes like a cross between a potato, a carrot and a radish.

Panning through the family room sometime before Christmas. This was right before we read that night's chapter of Batholomew's Passage. That's Grandpa Dale and Grandma Kitty on the left of Eve, and Grandma Carolyn on the right.

Rach and Eve slept in the theater for a week or so at Christmas time. They made it a little bit more festive than usual.

This was an awesome game of Ultimate Frisbee! We played for three hours in the sunny 60 degree weather. Linds... you're never going to win unless you keep your eyes open, and look in the right direction.

AL and Foley...too cute! It was very bright out.

Santa came to eat our cookies and visit with us on Christmas Eve.
Wait a minute! There's no such thing as Santa!!! This is an impostor!

Christmas Eve tradition is to drive around a look at the lights... sound familiar?

Can you guess who belongs to these feet?

Lighting the Christ candle on Christmas morning! Earth to Lindsey...

Grandma made Eve and Felicity matching PJ's that are just too cute!

Our Gothic cousins came over for a visit on Christmas Day. This is Raven.

And her sister Levana.

Intensely puzzling!

Sarah decided to go for a new look... what do you think?

Settlers at 11 p.m.! We stopped early out of sheer exhaustion.

Ahh... and here is the final sister... Echo. Hey... wait a minute..... I know that smirk.

    @Tiffany
    Long live shorts, bare feet, and the t-shirt! I was actually wearing that two days ago!
